BERLIN

Berlin was Nur's first international trip.
The first step is to look outside our environment to observe, learn from, and find inspiration in other entrepreneurial ecosystems.

During our stay, we explored a city known for its creative culture, open-mindedness, and entrepreneurial energy. We discovered projects, spaces, and ways of working that helped us understand how these ideas can be transformed into real initiatives when there is a community to support them.

That trip was the beginning of the way we work: getting out into the world, learning from other contexts, and bringing new perspectives that will continue to build impactful projects.

EACH PROJECT HAD ITS OWN COURSE, BUT THEY ALL HAD THE SAME GOAL:

LEARNING BY DOING

1. It is essential to validate ideas in the market.

In the streets of Berlin and in coworking spaces, we learned that theory is not enough. Being face-to-face with users has helped us to suddenly adjust our hypotheses and build a better product.

2. Direct contact with the ecosystem is essential for moving forward.

Immersing ourselves in Berlin's technological hub has opened doors for us. Sharing experiences with other startups and professionals has accelerated our growth, giving us a boost that we would not have achieved in isolation.

3. Not all projects work, and that's a lesson too…

Failure is not the end, but rather part of the process. In Berlin, we have seen that every "failure" is an opportunity to change direction and be stronger in the next attempt.

4. Teamwork is essential in uncertain environments.

In an unknown city and market, the unity of the team has been our strength. Relying on each other and working for the same goal has helped us face uncertainty.

5. Stepping outside of familiar contexts opens up new perspectives.

Going outside the Basque Country has helped us look beyond our borders. Knowing new realities has sparked our creativity and given us the ability to provide innovative solutions to our problems.

Upon arriving in Berlin, we encountered a cultural environment unlike our own. In the early days, initial perceptions dominated, and over time, we learned to better understand and question them.

Living in such diverse cities taught us the importance of not judging before understanding the context. This experience broadened our perspective and allowed us to further appreciate the cultural, social, and creative diversity that exists beyond our usual environment.

We return with a more open mindset, with the intention of continuing to learn from different cultures, people, and ways of thinking.

Diversity

Transparency

During the trip, we lived together as a group for a whole month, sharing not only our work but also our daily lives. This forced us to face difficult conversations, express our discomfort, and learn to manage disagreements in a constructive way.

This process made us understand that transparency is one of the keys for a team to function well. We learned to create spaces for honest dialogue, where each person can express how they are feeling and contribute to collective growth.

Since then, we have been actively working to maintain that open communication culture within Nura.

The strength of a team is not measured by the number of members, but by the deep bond they build together. That feeling leads us to exceed individual limits and prioritize the well-being of the community, facing the challenges that arise along the way as a solid unit.

Trust is the main foundation of that flock sentiment. By fostering relationships based on mutual respect and protection, each member finds their place, strengthening the team's direction and keeping alive the passion to achieve common goals.

Today, we can proudly say that this solidarity is our daily engine, to maintain a living project that combines sensitivity and cooperation.
